Job DescriptionSterling Personnel are currently hiring for an experienced Trainee Sales Executive to join the sales academy of our prestigious client based in Hertfordshire.Overview:An opportunity to join a fast growing and ambitious sales team. The group has ambitious growth plans, an aggressive marketing strategy and a unique services portfolio for the mid-market.As a leading independent managed service provider, the client have a rich heritage, spanning over 25 years, supporting business growth and change.They pride themselves in a consultative approach which enables them to work with their customers to understand the needs of their business in the design and delivery of effective technical, commercial, and sustainable solutions.The Job:We are looking for a highly ambitious individuals who are eager to progress. The client will provide extensive consultative sales training, as well as equipping you with a high-level of product knowledge on the carious technology solutions they provide. In short you shall be given all the tools needed to succeed. Whilst earning commission, you shall also progress to the field sales team. Once training is completed you shall be promoted to the job role of a Solutions Consultant, typically within 12-18months. A successful candidate will:An enthusiastic, ambitious and articulate individual. Someone who enjoys talking to people, is positive and has a persuasive nature. Be an excellent communicator with great networking skills.Professional nature, someone who wants to be part of a winning team. Some sales experience with a successful track record is desirable.
