Trainee Sales Engineer

Looking to kickstart your career as a Sales Engineer? Based at our High Wycombe office, you’ll be fully trained to become an expert in Air Compressors and associated equipment. You’ll provide technical sales support and be developed into a Field Sales Engineer.

BASIC SALARY: Up to £ 30,000

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Trainee Sales Engineer, Internal Technical Sales, Air Compressors, Industrial, Engineering

To become our Trainee Sales Engineer, you MUST have an engineering or technical background (either by qualification or experience) and ideally some business-to-business technical sales experience.

We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in air compressors, pumps, pneumatics, hoses and fitting systems, but this isn’t essential as full training will be given.

As our Trainee Sales Engineer, you’ll learn all the dynamics of our business. You’ll become an expert in the Air Compressor industry and we’ll support you every step of the way so you become a great salesperson and an invaluable member of our team.

You’ll be:
· Working closely with all departments of our business
· Generating new business and provide technical sales solutions to a diverse range of customers
· Getting out in the field with the sales and service teams
· Providing leak detection surveys
