K&D is delighted to be supporting our local client in High Wycombe, they are looking for Trainee Sales Consultants who are keen to kickstart their career in the exciting world of sales.

Location: Based in High Wycombe.

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm during the initial 3-month probation period, followed by 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Additionally, one Saturday per month on a rotational basis post-probation, compensated with a day off the following week.

Requirements:

You're highly motivated to forge a successful sales career for the long term.

Your communication skills excel in verbal and written contexts, complemented by strong IT proficiency and readiness to acquire design software knowledge through focused training.

You approach tasks with initiative, adapt easily to change, and quickly grasp new product information and technical specifications.

Delivering exceptional customer service excites you, and you're wholeheartedly dedicated to completing a rigorous 6-8-week Training Programme

You are required to have your vehicle and hold a valid driving license, with a willingness to travel within a reasonable 30-minute commute of High Wycombe.
