Job Title; Trainee Sales & Customer Services Coordinator
Salary; Up to �23,500 per annum plus bonus
Shift Pattern; 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (9am-5pm while commencing training)
Location; Whetstone, Leicester

Trainee Sales & Customer Services Coordinator Role;
- Answering & responding accordingly to telephone calls
- Answering & responding accordingly to emails
- Identifying & resolving customer concerns or complaints
- Processing orders on their in house system
- Processing quotations on their in house system
- Packing and posting small items sold via our Amazon outlet
- Providing support to the Sales & Customer Service Manager
Trainee Sales & Customer Services Coordinator Candidate;
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Positive attitude
- Teamwork skills
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable, but not essential
- Driving license / own means of transport preferable as we are not located near a bus route
