Trainee Recruitment Resourcer (White collar - Construction)
Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 per annum + benefits
Based in Sevenoaks, Kent

Job Summary
As a Trainee Resourcer, you will support our consultants with the attraction, and selection of high-quality candidates to fulfil our clients' recruitment needs.
You will build, and nurture genuine relationships with candidates, to ensure in a competitive market that Howells are the recruiting partner of choice with Hiring Managers. You will also take ownership of the full candidate journey, ensuring candidates are well informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Preparing and placing job adverts, to market vacancies effectively maximising the attraction of applicants, utilising all appropriate platforms including company websites, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media.
Reviewing candidate applications, identifying skills and experience aligned to client requirements, ensuring that qualified, good quality candidates are identified and submitted for consideration to the consultant.
Searching for suitable candidates using LinkedIn, Job Boards and in house company database. Highlighting candidates according to skills and experience.
CRM System admin - ensuring all activity and engagement with candidates and clients is logged appropriately and accurately.
Responsible for ensuring candidate compliance checks are completed including qualification checks, references, Right to Work, Criminal record checks, GDPR Compliance.
Rewriting CVs to ensure the highest quality CVs only are submitted to clients.
Arranging interviews
Provide an excellent standard of communication and ensure satisfactory level of customer service is always provided.Based in Sevenoaks.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 (1 hour lunch break)
