Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Construction - Farnborough

�25K-�35K Per annum (salary negotiable dependent on experience) OTE �50K-�60K + Rewards & Incentives.

Since opening our Farnborough office last year May, we have seen it go from strength to strength and following an amazing year of growth we are now on the lookout for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to specialise in blue collar construction. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the most talented white collar Consultants who places all decision makers in to construction sites that you will immediately have access to.

This position would see you coming into a warm desk from day one, working with an established client base covering temp blue collar roles in and around the Farnborough area, down to the South Coast. Blue collar recruitment continues to be the backbone of our business since 1986 and is home to some of our top performers and billers.

The Manager of our Farnborough office is highly invested their teams development and converts every Trainee Consultant in to a success, they will work closely with you to train and coach you and with your tailored training programme that will be delivered from our learning and development Manager progression will be rapid.

What you will be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

• Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
• Sourcing and selecting candidates for each role
• Adhering to company values
• Managing candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentation
• Using job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
• Using our tailored data base to assist you when searching for candidates
• Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the industry
