An established recruitment business in Kidderminster is seeking a consultant to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hardworking individual to join an established team. The role will include the full recruitment cycle of sales, customer service and related administration.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
*Talking to and influencing decision makers at all levels.
*Working under the guidance of an established Branch Manager who will provide mentoring and ensure your personal development is tracked.
*Selling its service to them.
*Daily sales calls to prospective clients.
*Attending client meetings.
*Dealing with recruitment and management of staff.
To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent communication skills.
*A full UK driving license.
*A desire to deliver market-leading service to clients and candidates.
*Experience of selling to and influencing decision makers would be an advantage but is not essential.
In return, you will receive a salary of between £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, an uncapped commission scheme, access to an award-winning share scheme and other benefits associated with a market leading commission package.
