Job Title: Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Duties:
Making outbound calls to new and existing candidates
Building the database and creating relationships
Working alongside Lead Consultants to help place candidates
Involved in scheduling interviews
Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Skills Required:
Self-motivated and resilient
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Able to make fast and effective decisions
