£24,000 Base salary PLUS up to £45k OTE (Commission on top of base salary)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will take on a dedicated training plan designed to develop all the relevant skills to be a successful consultant.
Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements
Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs
Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations
Bringing on new business and establish professional relationships in the industry
