Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Basic salary £23,000-£30,000 - OTE £40,000 year 1, £60,000 year 2 and £80,000 year 3.

My client based in Leeds are a rapidly growing specialist recruitment group recruiting Temporary, Interim and Permanent staff across the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting and HR sectors for family run businesses to PLC companies. They have 30 years' experience with an exceptional reputation for quality of service. They are very active in the local community and are the founders and organisers of many big events/awards in the area.
We are looking for candidates for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role in Leeds with the potential to become a top recruitment consultant - you will be trained by the best in the business and be given all the tools and support required to succeed. In return you will need to be hungry, money motivated, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up and put in the hard work to reap the rewards as recruitment is not for the faint hearted!
Your role day to day: -
Pre-screening and qualifying candidates
Producing job adverts
Setting up interviews and preparing candidates
Searching for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and database
Delivering and closing offers
