Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CPR Recruitment are looking for a resourcer/ trainee to join the fast paced and expanding Central Maidstone office, we are looking for a junior hire looking to learn the ropes from our most experienced consultants.

Working within the construction sector you'll get to learn all about the market and be filling jobs and working with clients to build long standing relationships that will stay with you as you progress to consultant and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have these qualities:

What will the day to day role look like?

• Working in our Maidstone office - Hours 8:30 to 5:30


• Site visits and client days with experienced consultants


• Managing compliance


• Posting adverts


• Filling jobs


• Resourcing new candidates by networking and other methods
