We are now seeking a highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated team located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This position is open to anybody wanting to pursue a career in recruitment or resourcing.

About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at W Talent, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, responsible for identifying top talent, conducting pre-screening interviews, and updating databases with accurate candidate information. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by engaging with potential new clients to understand their hiring needs and discuss how W Talent can support them.

• Pre-screening candidates to ensure they meet our client's requirements.


• Conducting thorough searches across various job boards to identify potential candidates.


• Writing professional CVs to showcase candidates' skills and experiences.


• Handling various administrative tasks to support our recruitment processes.


• Engaging with potential new clients to understand their hiring needs.
