Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and candidate profiles.


• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referals�and networking.


• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for available positions.


• Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring successful placements.


• Deliver exceptional customer service that sets iRecruit UK apart.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in call centres, tele-sales, B2B sales,�customer service or administration is highly valued.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping others achieve their career goals.


• Ambition, drive�and a hunger for success.


• Full UK Driving Licence
