Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Right now we have an opportunity for you to support a multi award winning team. You will start your career as an Associate Consultant focussing on recruiting the best commercial candidates in market. Your training programme will be one of the best in the business and ensure you are not only set up but continuously trained and developed. In your first 6 months there will be an 12 week tailored training programme to give you all the tools to be successful, after 6 months we're looking at your first promotion and setting up the next stage of your training programme towards achieving Senior Consultant within your first year, which comes with a pay increase and car allowance or company car.
You will be part of a highly successful, hard working team with over 20 years experience of recruiting the top commercial talent, making them true specialists within our marketplace.

What we are looking for:

• People person - you must be confident and enjoy talking to people on the phone, video and face to face
• Confident communicator - you will be interviewing candidates every day and will also be dealing with our most valued clients
• Commercially astute - you will actively approach existing and new clients to discuss recruitment requirements and therefor will need to have the ability to develop a deep understanding of our industry and the marketplace
• Excellent memory and ability to retain information - there is so much to learn and you need to be able to think on your feet
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - it will feel like there aren't enough hours in the day
• Flexibility - generally we can work Monday to Friday but there is no such thing as an unfilled job and we don't leave the office until all of our clients requirements are filled
• Willing to make mistakes, take feedback positively and be positive about development
