Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our recently established Industrial/Commercial desk

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Details.

Location: Crewe

Salary: �25,000 P/A + very competitive commission structure

Duration: Permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) (Hours can vary slightly)

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for.

• Attracting, interviewing, and placing candidates


• Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services.


• Attending sales meeting with prospective clients


• Matching client's requirements to the ideal candidate


• Worker administration of registration packs

Requirements for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role.

• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information.


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.


• An excellent telephone manner


• Strong organisational and administrative skills


• Drive, tenacity, and real customer focus

Experience in recruitment is not required.
