Reeson Education, London's leading Teaching Agency, is currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated SEN Team. We are passionate about the provision of education, assisting our schools to find exceptional support staff and teachers.

About The Role:

• Reeson Education is looking for a charismatic and driven individual to join our busy SEN Recruitment Team
• Basic salary starting from £25,000
• Uncapped commission structure with no threshold before commission is payable
• Based in our Hammersmith head office with flexibility to work from our central London office as well
• Work from home one day per week upon completion of probation and meeting targets
• 7am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) during term time with reduced hours in all school holidays

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the clients' needs
• Candidate sourcing via relevant job platforms
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Writing advertisements and candidate marketing profiles
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Providing support to candidates and clients with general queries
• Ensuring candidates are fully vetted
• Teacher & Support Staff registrations
• Screening candidates for relevant roles
• Database management
• Collaborating with the Business Development Consultant and SEN Desk Manager to discuss performance and growth strategies
• Working within the team to fulfil daily supply requirements
• Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure candidates are fully vetted
• Assisting with general telephone enquiries
• Supporting with timesheet enquiries and payroll information
• Meeting activity and sales targets with support and training
