As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building your own client base, developing business through cold calling. As a 360 Consultant you will look after the entire project lifecycle from initial contact, through to placement of the candidate.

To be successful within our business you have to be a seriously highly motivated, ambitious individual that is not afraid of hard work and dedication. We will give you full training and coaching long the way, accompanied by a generous commission structure (up to 40%!), monthly and quarterly incentives, as well as the opportunity to earn yourself a promotion every single quarter.
