We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning Healthcare team based in Sheffield. Our team has consistently grown and flourished over the past three years, and we are now seeking someone with a strong drive and ambition to join us.
Specialising in Healthcare recruitment offers exceptional opportunities for you to advance your career quickly while increasing your earning potential right away. Working in the fast-paced Healthcare industry, you will be assisting private healthcare providers across South Yorkshire, primarily focusing on the social care industry.
Your role means that you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through B2B calls and meetings, as well as finding and placing candidates on your own.

For the first six months, you won't have any commission threshold, and our commission structure pays up to 35% on all revenue you generate. What will you be doing?
- Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, LinkedIn and Meetings.
- Attending client meetings (face to face or virtually) to discuss job profiles and SLAs.
- Negotiating fees and rates with clients to ensure you are maximising your commercial output.
- Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to source the best talent.
- Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards and carrying out interviews.
- Managing each stage of the process including interviews and offers.
- Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients.
