Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Care / Nursing



Location:�Bournemouth

As they�continue to expand, they�are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their�team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, specializing in placing carers and nurses.



Key Responsibilities:





  1. Candidate Sourcing and Placement:




    • Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates within the carer and nursing field through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.

    • Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a seamless transition for both candidates and clients.




  2. Client Relationship Management:




    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and care organizations to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

    • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique requirements, providing tailored recruitment solutions.

    • Act as a consultant to clients, offering insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the healthcare sector.




  3. Market Research and Analysis:




    • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in healthcare to anticipate and respond to market demands.

    • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategic recruitment approaches.




  4. Compliance and Documentation:




    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, client communications, and placements in the company's database.





Qualifications and Skills:




  • Sales / customer service / admin experience is preferred but not essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and a passion for making a positive impact.
