Trainee Recruiter

The role will be working within the Industrial and HGV driving sector of the business and full training and support will be given from day one. Whilst we do not expect relevant experience, we do expect the ideal applicant to be self motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to progress withing the industry*The role*· Taking and Answering calls from Candidates and Clients· Calling potential candidates to discuss job applications· Posting jobs on our Social Media Channels, Job Boards & other Recruitment Software.· Dealing with basic Payroll Queries and questions· Computer literate and capable of using word documents and spreadsheets· Organising weekly plans, shifts & transport for our candidates*Ideally you will have*· Experience within a customer facing role· Experience working within a telephony based role· Experience dealing with customers· Be forward thinking, dynamic and have a can do attitude with the desire to achieve success· Capable of managing their own schedule and be organised and work under their own initiative· Computer literate and capable of using word documents and spreadsheetsIn the first instance please send CV with covering letter to ##### Type: Full-timePay: £11.44 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Casual dress* Company events* Company pension* Free parking* On-site parkingSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsEducation:* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Experience:* Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: REC1
