We are seeking a focused and self-motivated Trainee Recruiter/Administrator to join our independent Recruitment Company on a full time and permanent basis.
This role offers an exciting entry point into the world of recruitment, providing valuable hands-on experience and skill development opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT literate, organised, and capable individual with a natural flair for administration and customer service to join a supportive and collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing success of this growing company.
What you can expect from us:
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working hours: 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday (35hours per week)
22 days annual leave plus an additional day for your birthday plus statutory holidays

As a Trainee Recruiter/Administrator you will be:
Supporting the team with administrative duties to develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process
Proactively source, shortlist, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and walk-ins
Processing registration documentation
CV writing
Preparing job descriptions and posting job adverts
Work collaboratively with our long-standing client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
What we are looking for:
An organised administrator
Prior recruitment experience would be beneficial although not essential
Highly IT literate with Excel proficiency
Confident communicator
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Excellent phone manner
High attention to detail
A quick learner
Full, clean driving licence
