As a ventilation specialist providing ductwork and airside packages to some of the most high profile buildings across London this company is at the forefront of innovation and technology.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting senior quantity surveyors in cost estimation, tendering, and procurement processesConducting site visits and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate project documentationLearning to prepare and analyse cost reports, budgets, and financial forecastsEngaging in contract administration and negotiation under the guidance of experienced QS professionalsDeveloping proficiency in industry-standard softwareContributing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and profitabilityCompany good to knows:Early project involvement (PCSA) this client is providing early support to project developmentsExperience lead coordinators using CAD and Navis softwareThe forefront of BIM using 3D Model based processesUsing leading industry suppliersRequirements:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English both verbally and writtenBasic knowledge of construction industry practices and terminologyKnowledge with ventilation or duct work a big bonus!Excellent package with further flexibility for the right fitOpportunity to be involved with varied projects, values and clientsCareer progression with a high tenure companyExcellent long term rewards and scope of progressionOur client offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where your talents are valued and opportunities for growth abound.
