Are you a Graduate with a background in construction or similar, looking to receive on the job training with a Quantity Surveyor in a company specialising in Social Housing who will offer a great opportunity to develop and progress your career?

On offer is the chance to join a well-established company with over 15 years of experience in building and repairing for social housing. This dynamic company are in a period of sustained growth aided by constant expansion, with their main client base being local councils. They are committed to providing training opportunities, to enhance your knowledge and drive your professional development.

You will be assisting the Quantity Surveyors in their daily tasks, travel to London with them on occasions. You will be responsible for site measurements and for reporting on current projects.

This role would suit a Construction Graduate or similar or someone with experience in construction, looking for a company that will invest in their training and learning.

The Role:

• Support the Quantity Surveyors in their day-to-day projects
• Conduct site measurements
• Contact manufacturers and assist with cost-saving exercises
• Commercial administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of projects
• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30

The Person:

• Graduate in Construction or similar
• Experience in construction (preferred)
• Driving License
• Commutable to Chesham
