Would a company who pays for your professional CEMAP qualification work for you?We will do just that!No gimmicks, no catch, just a great opportunity for you…..If we feel you have what it takes, we can offer you a position (and a great opportunity!), subject to you passing your exam and reimburse you fully!Full support and additional training will be provided for your continuous professional development once you start with us and really help you become the best you can be.Start Date: ASAPWork Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month) (Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 – 17.00)Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry for charitable eventsSpecial Requirements: A full driving licence and your own vehicleSo, what do our Mortgage Advisors actually do? Meet with lots of different clients and make sure they give them the best possible mortgage advice and protection (you will learn more about these as you develop your skills)Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customersAdvising on and selling associated insurance products from the market leading Legal & GeneralMeeting and exceeding targetsWork closely with our estate agency colleagues and help them maximise any new leads and opportunitiesBuild great relationships that mean customers come back to us time and time againLiaise with lenders to make sure we keep up to date with new products (we have access to the whole of market which means we truly can personalise each deal)Work closely with our Admin Support Team ensuring our cases are completed and FCA compliantSo, what is it like to work here?It will be challenging but rewarding at the same time – working well with your team means you support each other to achieve your customer’s goalsYes, you will be targeted and assessed but this is because we want you to reach your full potential.
