£25000 - £26000 plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 - £65,000Basic to £26,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 – £65,000Overview:Rare opportunity for a CeMAP 1 or fully CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, trainee mortgage advisor to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the East London area, with full training, support towards the CeMAP qualification and an excellent basic salary.Main Duties:A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage advisor or trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to join a well-established estate agency office in the Portsmouth area.Working within in an estate agency office with full training, support, assistance with the CeMAP qualification along with a high basic salary of £26,000 provided, you will work closely with the established team and experienced sales manager.This team will generate new mortgage leads for the trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, or trainee mortgage advisor in the Portsmouth area on a daily basis.
