Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Welwyn Garden City

Remuneration: To £25,000 basic salary, including car allowance, OTE £35,000 – £45,000, full support with CeMAP and training providedOverview:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client in Welwyn Garden City. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn about the mortgage industry and is looking to build a successful career as a Mortgage Advisor.Main Duties:Provide mortgage and protection advice to clientsWork with a team of introducers to contact existing clients and review their existing mortgage and protection policiesReceive and process new mortgage leadsProvide regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection productsBuild and maintain relationships with clientsKey Skills:Enthusiasm and a keen interest in the mortgage industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to learn and develop your skillsTraining and Support:You will receive full support with your CeMAP training and exams. We will also provide you with comprehensive training on all aspects of the mortgage process, from understanding the different types of mortgages available to providing advice on protection products.Progression:Once you have completed your training and passed your CeMAP exams, you will be able to progress to a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor role.
