Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Swindon

Salary:
£20000 - £29000 inclusive of car allowance equating to £29,000 for the first 5 months, OTE £40,000 in year 1, £60,000 thereafterDo you have a passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership? Are you a driven individual with excellent communication and sales skills?Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Swindon. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the financial services industry and receive comprehensive training and support to become a successful Mortgage Advisor. In this role, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the right deal for their needs.Responsibilities:Learn and understand the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and financial situation.Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders.Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the application process.Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.Requirements:Previous sales experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.Clean credit history.Full UK driving licence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ambitious and eager to learn and develop within the financial services industry.A positive and enthusiastic attitudeSalary and Benefits:Basic salary up to £20,000, with financial guarantees to £29,000 for the first 5 months, including a car allowance.Life assurance.Generous commissions from 10% to 25%.OTE of £35,000 in year one – £60,000 thereafterIf you meet the requirements and are ready to embark on an exciting career journey in the mortgage industry, we want to hear from you!
