Trainee Marketing & Sales Executive

Our client, a leading international manufacturing company, are looking to recruit an organised, professional and driven Trainee Marketing & Sales Executive to assist with day-to-day tasks including the upkeep of social media channels, writing relevant content, website updates and planning of events and campaigns. This role is office based Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, duties to include:

� Coordinate requirements for promotional material as defined by the Marketing Manager

� Assist with copywriting artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communication.

� Assist in organizing events and associated campaigns.

� Execute marketing and event campaigns.

� Help drive campaigns through various communication tools.

� Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.

� Assist content management and upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.

� Plan and implement social media and social proof campaign for specific marketing goals.

� Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.

� Keep up to date with industry-specific trends and activities that are used to communicate with customers.

� Planning and maintaining work facilities.

� Encouraging and improving cross-departmental internal communication

� Performing other office duties

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, ideally intermediate to advanced level would be desirable together with the ability to manage the process of your own workload and excellent analytical and customer service skills. A business-related qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
