Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: Starting at �23,000 per annum with increments as you complete assessor qualifications


Are you passionate about supporting others in their professional development within the health and social care sector? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience in health and social care to take the next step in their career.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Train and assess learners undertaking health and social care qualifications
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their qualifications
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Develop individual learning plans tailored to the needs of each learner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress and assessment outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the health and social care sector
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full driving license and access to own car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to undertake assessor qualifications and professional development
