A large training, apprenticeships and training company based in London.
You will be working 2 days a week in the office in Central London and 3 from home.
This is a big organisation who support the training and development of more than 12,000 people per year in the IT industry.
The government give this company funding for securing interviews and job roles for junior people wanting to get into IT roles. The company take candidates through 12-week training bootcamps to get them ready for a junior IT position
It is important to be commercial to make the most use of government funding as this is the fee earning the company gets for the work you do, e.g. if you run assessment centres or interview days for clients then lots of candidates will be able to attend an interview day and the company will earn for each candidate who attends as well as any that are placed etc. Use your commercial thinking and business brain to find solutions to make money
You will be able to impact junior candidates lives giving them opportunities with good companies they may otherwise not have had
Some companies will want to work with you closely on diversity and other initiatives
This role is very high paced, lots of phone work, sales and also administration organising many interviews
If you are working strategically on onboarding large multinational clients you have the support of your manager and directors to attend pitches or BD meetings with you to sell the services of the company.
Entry level position for a graduate or someone with some sales experience or early in their recruitment career
You might have recently graduated or graduated a little while ago and worked in sales
You can also be considered if you have done the apprenticeship route and have relevant experience
You will carry out an initial telephone screening with Higher Success. We will then send you to the client who will do an informal 15-20 minute video call with you. Following this we will book you into a 15 minute call with the client and then a video interview. The final is face to face in their office.
