Trainee Floor Layer

Our client is a�specialist flooring company in�resin products to commercial and industrial clients and have a reputation for providing a first class service installing floors and wall cladding in a range of commercial projects. �

Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking for a trainee (such as a Labourer) to become a whiterock installer

We are looking for a reliable motivated individual to undertake the role of whiterock installer. Training will be provided

Work will involve:

• Installation of uPVC wall cladding to a range of commercial sites


• Loading and unloading materials on site


• Installation of uPVC wall cladding


• Liaising with internal teams and undertaking on site stock takes


• Site clearance and final clean


• Undertaking basic on site tasks

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good carpentry skills - essential


• CSCS card


• Full clean driving licence (minor speeding convictions acceptable)


• Motivated and keen to learn

This role is ideal for someone who has maybe been a labourer or worked in a similar environment such as;�Floor laying, Whiterock or carpentry. Or maybe you have some basic skills and are looking for a opportunity to progress

For the successful candidate the company will provide:

• Competitive Salary circa �23,000-�25,000 depending on age and experience.


• Use of company van


• 22 days paid holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays (30 days total)


• Ccompany pension scheme


• Occasional weekend work may be required where the following day rates will be paid Saturdays �90 and Sundays �115.


• As we offer a nationwide service sometimes we need to work away on such occasions we pay �30 overnight allowance for food, plus we will provide all overnight accommodation.


• Training will be provided.
