Responsibilities:

Support the year-end accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Assist with internal and external audits, maintaining an effective control environment.
Track and report approval and expenditure of credit card transactions.
Reconcile credit card NL accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Provide monthly reporting and analysis for departmental performance.
Utilise advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and present conclusions to senior management.
Create financial models and dashboards, offering actionable recommendations for growth and cost efficiencies.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with non-finance team members and budget holders.
Oversee transactional finance activities and maintain financial controls.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in year-end reporting, auditing, and monthly reconciliations.
