As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we're seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer with�the opportunity to complete a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering�and a passion for engineering to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.


• Learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot electrical components and control systems.


• Shadow experienced engineers to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.


• Support routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.


• Provide excellent customer service, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Desire to pursue Level 3 qualifications in both mechanical and electrical engineering.


• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles is desirable.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn independently.


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.


• Valid driver's license.
