Barnett Waddingham is a leading independent UK professional services consultancy advising on risk, pensions, investment and insurance. With over 1700 people across 9 offices, our culture is based on providing all of our clients with a high quality, professional service through strong personal relationships and tailored solutions. We are dependent on talented, skilled employees who enjoy working for a leading organisation in a closely knit and friendly team. To achieve this - and further support our continued growth as an independent, resilient and evergreen business - we need talented, motivated and enthusiastic graduates who value the chance to join our growing graduate community.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly and inclusive firm, which maintains its core values of Principled, Quality, Partnership and Respect. We have a supportive structure in place to help you manage your work/life balance and encourage you to take control of your personal development through our study support package and our dedicated training team is always on hand for guidance throughout our graduate programme and beyond.

Our EC graduate programme is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with us after university. Our graduates develop a broad, transferable skillset which covers both technical and consulting matters. You will also have opportunities to work on a wide range of projects and to develop your softer skills. Look at what recent Graduates into our Employer Consulting team have to say:

“Barnett Waddingham (BW) have been nothing short of amazing in helping me to advance my skills in this sector, and all employees I have interacted with have welcomed me into the team and provided help and support whenever I've needed it. Coming straight out of university and into the workplace was daunting, but BW and the team have been fantastic in helping me settle in"

“I started in the EC Graduate Scheme in September after graduating from university and am currently working in the DC team. I have found the experience to be very rewarding and enjoyable; in particular, my DC colleagues are friendly and supportive. This is especially valued when I am working on unfamiliar projects. The work is varied and has pushed me out of my comfort zone. On reflection, despite only having worked for Barnett Waddingham for 6 months, I have learnt a significant amount whilst being here. The company allows me to have a very good work-life balance, with flexible working hours and flexibility with working from home. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a career in financial services to apply.
