Our EC graduate programme is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with us after university. Our graduates develop a broad, transferable skillset which covers both technical and consulting matters. You will also have opportunities to work on a wide range of projects and to develop your softer skills. Look at what recent Graduates into our Employer Consulting team have to say:
“Barnett Waddingham (BW) have been nothing short of amazing in helping me to advance my skills in this sector, and all employees I have interacted with have welcomed me into the team and provided help and support whenever I've needed it. Coming straight out of university and into the workplace was daunting, but BW and the team have been fantastic in helping me settle in"
“I started in the EC Graduate Scheme in September after graduating from university and am currently working in the DC team. I have found the experience to be very rewarding and enjoyable; in particular, my DC colleagues are friendly and supportive. This is especially valued when I am working on unfamiliar projects. The work is varied and has pushed me out of my comfort zone. On reflection, despite only having worked for Barnett Waddingham for 6 months, I have learnt a significant amount whilst being here. The company allows me to have a very good work-life balance, with flexible working hours and flexibility with working from home. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a career in financial services to apply.
