The Impact Academy is a meticulously designed programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a designated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Kent - Whitstable.

Your Responsibilities

During your first year, you'll:

Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions. Produce professional CV profiles for client marketing. Increase candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams. Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager. Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way. Support and Mentorship

Graduation and Beyond
