Trainee Accounts Assistant

I have an exciting opportunity to join a well established and global organisation based in Birchwood for an Trainee Accounts Assistant to join a team of 5, reporting into the Finance Manager. 

Duties

• Update Cash flow 
• Post all receipts from all banks

• Input Invoices (high Volume), validate/post and reconcile from start to finish to the accounts deadline 
• Supplier Account Reconciliations
• Update and post Bank Transactions

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Assist Credit control in Busy periods
• Accounts Holiday Cover
• Assist FM in any Tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate currently studying their AAT looking for an entry level role or a candidate with 6-12 months finance experience looking for that next step in their career.
