Traffic Management Operative

Contraflow is currently recruiting forTraffic Management Operativesbased at ourCumbernauld depot.We offerpermanent jobscontracted to a 40 hour week over 7 days. Traffic Management is a tough career choice, its outdoors in all weathers and the average working week is around50-60 hoursincluding frequent weekend work.

Role Involves
Your responsibility as a Traffic Management Operative will focus on working and helping with Traffic Management operations for a range of projects, with a strong emphasis on increasing productivity and ensuring high Health and Safety standards.
Installing and maintaining various Traffic Management solutions
Working in the loading and maintaining of equipment
Driving to various locations
Site maintenance
Manual Control Traffic Lights
Heavy lifting
Requirements
You must have adrivers licence
You must be100% flexiblefor shift allocation
You must be hard working and reliable
Pay
Trainee Rates are based onNMWbut you can progress quickly. Within 3-6 months to £12.65 p/h and within 12 months to £15.75 p/h (weekend rate)
Can further progress based on attainment of qualifications
