You would have previous experience ensuring compliance with Health & safety standards, preferably within the construction industry. This role is essential to coach and mentor our TM crew ensuring a quality service is delivered to our customers. You will work closely with the Operations and Training departments by providing audit feedback and recommendations for future training.In addition to auditing, you would conduct driving assessments with all new employees assess their driving competency – an advance driving qualification would be advantageous.What good looks like:The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrateprevious experience auditing to ensure best practice. They will be enthusiastic about raising the standard of work through coaching and mentoring.Essential:Previous experience auditing sites and ensuring H&S standards are maintainedExcellent communications skills: written, verbal and presentationComputer literacyFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.Desirable:IND CLSPrevious experience within the TM industryLantra 12D qualifications
