The role



We are seeking a Traffic Engineer to join the design team and drive our development efforts. Utilising the design of both on-street and off-street parking projects, as well as Parking Strategies, you'll become part of a lively and seasoned team that has achieved success in delivering a multitude of projects.





The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate






  • Knowledge and expertise in designing and executing traffic and parking schemes in accordance with regulations and legislation.

  • Ensure project paperwork is compliant with quality assurance system and making the appropriate amendments when necessary.

  • Engage with stakeholders and providing up to date to project status.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure smooth implementation and quality assurance is being met.

  • Actively involved with team, stakeholders and clients to answer all questions and respond and action accordingly.

The ideal candidate will tick the below






  • Strong project management skills with experience to deliver within budget and time and by providing solutions by continually analysing risk and opportunities.

  • Solid understanding of highways and traffic engineering.

  • Effective communicator to engage and regularly update stakeholders such as the community, public and local stakeholders affected.

  • Highly experienced using AutoCAD or similar design software.
