Trading Services Senior Associate in the Trade Support Group you will be responsible for ensuring
trades are booked timely and accurately. You will have an opportunity to learn and gain experience across multiple asset classes. As a middle office function you will interact directly with Investment Managers, Portfolio Managers, Trading group in addition to many other operational groups.Job responsibilitiesDelivers Excellent Service: Monitors and executes daily processes and controls to ensure trades are captured on an accurate and timely basis Is an Escalation Contact Point: Will be at the forefront as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders for escalation of issues associated with trade capture
Is accountable for driving remediation and resolution of issues: Will be resourceful and proactive in driving escalation and remediation of key risk exceptions to ensure mitigation of risks
Drives Innovation: Will be a culture carrier for innovation driving and delivering process improvements to build long term scalability and minimise manual touchpoints
Is responsible for Staff Management & Planning: Will be responsible for own and may be responsible for others workload and performance development building and contributing to a diverse, high performing function
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven track record working in a settlement, or trade support/middle office environment Team player that partners well and can adapt quickly to changing prioritiseExecution focused and good attention to detailTaking accountability and ownership of issues and is tenacious is driving remediation and improvement in processes Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Worked with Mutual Funds, FX, Structured Products, Equities, Fixed Income products previously
Supervised/ Managed in a settlement and or trade support/middle group About Us J.P.
