A brand new opportunity for a Newly Qualified Trade Mark attorney within this exceptional media/ entertainment specialist law practice. At the heart of their Intellectual Property team lies the Trade Mark brands team, a long established and growing group of professionals who enjoy a broad and busy portfolio.
The team now seek an additional qualified attorney and perceive A recently qualified- 2yr pqe Trade Mark attorney as being the ideal level to enhance their offering – Clients here range from authors to television to fashion and music, from start up’s to Corporates, the portfolio is bristling with fascinating brands and plenty of them!
This role will experience the full range of IP issues ranging from trade mark clearance to prosecution and management of registered rights, disputes before the UK and EU IPOs. The team also advises on the registration of designs and manage several domain name portfolios. Also working alongside the wider IP team of IP litigators, paralegals, and trainees.
