This role is be based out of our Shepherd's Bush office in London - however we offer a hybrid approach of working with a mixture of home-working and office-working.

The role
You will support all the trade sales and partnerships team, as well as our travel agent and lead-generation partners, with the aim to increase conversion and induct new business-to-business partnerships when suitable. You will be expected to be a source of knowledge for our in-house reservation system processes relating to trade sales and partnerships. You will also carry out administrative tasks including but not limited to commission application, invoicing & trade marketing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with the creation and planning of trade marketing materials, activity, and content (UK & US)
Manage trade brochure distribution
Assist other departments with trade related queries
Facilitate new agent setup and keep agent records up-to-date (UK & US)
Champion trade sales with sales team and relevant departments.
Work with TSM to understand training requirements and assist in creation and delivery of training presentations/training modules for both internal and external purposes.
Assist in the creation and delivery of new trade sales reports/key account reports as per current business needs
Monitor enquiry conversion and instigate necessary measures to deliver best service to our trade partners
Maintain regular contact with trade accounts as defined by TSM
Establish and deliver an effective onboarding process for new agents (UK & US)
Attend agent events, conferences and meetings where required
About you
You will have proven experience of working within a trade sales environment, be
confident communicating with a wide cross-section of people both within the business and within the trade client base - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Additional experience required:
A conscientious and self-motivated individual who is results orientated and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion
Strong customer focus with a solid understanding of the value of Audley’s Trade and Partnership relationships
Remains calm and level-headed in pressurized situations
A reliable and flexible team player
Highly organized and proficient in prioritising workload with a methodical and systematic approach to work
Maintains a high level of attention to detail at all times
Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
