With a rich history and a vibrant team of professionals, they are committed to excellence and fostering a supportive environment where talent thrives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the trade mark practice, ensuring excellence in service delivery.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance the firm’s market position.Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of trade mark issues.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and build lasting relationships.Contribute to the firm’s succession planning efforts, preparing for a seamless transition to an equity partner role.Requirements:A qualified Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor with preferably 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), although candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered.Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.A strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing and developing a practice area.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.A commitment to professional development and an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities within the firm.Please mention IP Careers when applying to G2 Legal.
