The successful candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of trade mark law, including trade mark prosecution, opposition, and enforcement matters.Key responsibilities:
Advising clients on various aspects of trade mark law and strategy, including clearance searches, application processes, and protection strategiesPreparing and filing trade mark applications with national and international registriesManaging and prosecuting trade mark cases, including oppositions, cancellations, and appealsProviding legal opinions on trade mark infringement, validity, and enforceability issuesAssisting with trade mark disputes, including litigation supportMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in trade mark law and practiceBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

You are a qualified Trade Mark AttorneyYou possess a strong academic background in lawYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly to clientsYou are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficientlyYou demonstrate a keen interest in intellectual property law and a desire to continuously learn and develop in this areaYou are a team player, eager to contribute to the success of the firm and its clients
