Key Responsibilities:Conducting and advising on trade mark availability searches and watch notificationsManaging a portfolio of trade mark cases, including prosecution work, oppositions, and cancellationsHandling domain name disputes and Company Names Tribunal mattersUndertaking legal research and online investigations to support casesWriting and preparing articles on newsworthy legal developments in the field of trademarks and intellectual propertyParticipating in business development activities to grow the firm’s clientele and maintain its reputation as a leader in the IP sectorIdeal Candidate Profile:1-5 years’ PQE as a Trade Mark Attorney, ideally within a respected IP firm or in-house teamA proven track record in trade mark prosecution and contentious workStrong analytical, research, and writing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of advising and liaising effectively with clientsA commitment to ongoing professional development and a keen interest in contributing to the firm’s business development effortsA collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach to challengesWhy Our Client?
