Site Name: UK - Hertfordshire - Stevenage, UK - Hertfordshire - Ware RDPosted Date: May 7 2024We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic analytical scientist to join the Trace Analysis and Extractable and Leachable (E&L) team in an industry leading pharmaceutical company.The successful candidate will join a team that utilises state-of-the-art LC-MS and GC-MS instrumentation in order to provide key information for projects at all stages of pharmaceutical development. In this hands-on, lab-based position the successful candidate will primarily undertake trace analysis of extractable and leachables in pharmaceutical samples by mass spectrometry (LC-MS(/MS) and GC-MS(/MS)).The successful candidate will work with a high level of autonomy and contribute to analytical projects (from sample preparation through to final report) as well as leading the development of trace level control strategies for individual projects, contributing to regulatory submissions and overseeing completion of work packages placed at CROs. The successful candidate must be a high calibre analytical chemist graduate or a PhD with at least 3 years experience performing quantitative trace analysis by LC-MS(/MS) and GC-MS(/MS) with knowledge of project management.We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included.
