Salary: �30000-�40000

We are proud to be representing a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that have a team of Chartered Town Planners work across a variety of projects spanning from residential development, leisure facilities to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. Working for a variety of clients, and the impressive range of sectors we cover includes Tourism, Health, Education and Community Uses, Waste and Energy Facilities, Public Sector, Commercial Industrial and Logistics, Residential, Agricultural, and Infrastructure including Ports & Harbours, Rail, Roads and Bridges.

Due to an upward rise of project work are looking for a Town Planner to come and lead the team in the office based in Newcastle.

Essential Criteria for a Town Planner:

• MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.
• Chartered Member of the RTPI or working towards Chartership.
• Understanding at a practical level in property.
• Exposure to private sector.
• Strong numerical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Town Planner:

• Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
• Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
• Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
• Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
