Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and astute Town Planner to join a leading Planning and Architecture practice in central London!

This exciting opportunity is with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy who are working on a range of exciting projects across London and the South-east within residential, mixed-use, community, commercial, and healthcare!

As part of this dynamic team, you will provide guidance and bespoke solutions on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and more. The majority of clients are in property investment, development, management, and leisure companies as well as educational institutions.

We are seeking applications from candidates who have ideally 1-3 years' experience within the private sector (public sector candidates also encouraged to apply!) who MRTPI chartered, or who are in the process of submitting for full MRTPI Chartership. The ideally candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and be an open-minded and forward-thinking individual!
