Title Checker - Residential Conveyancing

A well established multi service national law firm, situated in the scenic county of Cheshire, is seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Title Checker to join their professional team. They are known for their exceptional conveyancing services, and strive to maintain their high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This firm are expanding due to an increase in new work and are seeking an experienced Title Checker to efficiently manage and process residential property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Examine titles received from seller’s lawyers, raising relevant enquiries.

* Check all types of titles: freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, new build, buy to let, and right to buy.

* Submit enquiries to the seller’s lawyer.

* Prepare transfers and requisitions on title, submitting these with enquiries.

* Compile property reports for clients based on the title and protocol forms received.
