Tier 2 NOC Engineer

Job Title: Tier 2 NOC Engineer - Up To £50,000 Based On Experience
Responsibilities:
Provide second-line support to customers via phone and email.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Log all customer interactions and technical issues in their ticketing system.
Troubleshoot faults on the optical fibre network FTTH/FTTP transit network.
Troubleshoot network incident issues.
Be on call to provide specialist support.
Provide network change support and key impact analysis.
Liaise with XGS PON vendors to keep track of all firmware upgrade requirements.
Modify live network configurations.
Conduct staging and testing of networking equipment to fulfill design requirements.
What the Client is looking for:
Tier 2 level NOC or network experience equivalent
GPON or XGSPON
CCNP/JNCIP Level Networking
